Shipping policy

  • Orders are shipped with a specialist courier and are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery is made to the room of choice.
  • An unpack service is provided and packaging removed free of charge.
  • Customers will be given a 2 hour time slot the day prior to delivery by text/email.
  • Customers will be called approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival.
  • Disposal service can be offered for a small fee if required. We recycle the items for you with a company that is fully licensed and certification of each load is provided. This will need to be coordinated prior to purchase.
