Refund policy
We believe in the quality of our products and we are certain you will love it when you try it as well. So we are offering a 90 days return window to cover against any faulty workmanship or failure in the materials.
To ensure a return is approved please take good care of the mattress (i.e. the mattress is both sided so ensure it is regularly turned/flipped - once a week in the first month and then monthly after that).
Please also ensure the mattress is always used with a mattress protector as we will not accept any return for a mattress which is soiled.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
